What I bought at Blueprint Emporium!
Blueprint Emporium is the ultimate shopping silent killer. The annual shopping event boasts 200 over brands and you probably have not much idea on the scale of event until you’re there. Last year, when the venue was at a hall within Suntec, you can sense how much damage it’s going to cause you at one glance. This year at Pit Building, there were four zones, I wriggled through those four zones and it took me about two hours to complete the shopping marathon. When you thought you’re done with the clothes, you will see another massive area packed with accessories and good bargains up next.
Enough of the #asianexaggeration, what I’ve bought at Blueprint Emporium – firstly a lot of local labels. MASH-UP, SATURDAY and OwnMuse etc. Two non-local things I’ve bagged include a skirt from Thai/London label Lalalove‘s Spring/Summer 2013 collection (top picture) and also a necklace from Hong Kong accessories brand Social Goods CO-OP (below). Pretty decent huh? Can’t wait till next year’s Emporium and hope they’re bringing in more kick-ass labels down!
