Carine Roitfeld’s daughter, Julia Restoin-Roitfeld doesn’t model often. She did the GAP campaign last year (among many other famous people) and the UK accessories chain Accessorize, but not too much into real modelling.

So I was surprised to find a full editorial of her in Harper’s Bazaar UK and her name is not even mentioned in the opening text or the credits, like how every other normal model get treated.

    Some magazines credit everything from location to assistants to hair/makeup, models and which agency they are from… that’s how our local magazines do it. But BAZAAR, Vogue, they hardly put down detailed credits, unless they are celebs, they will have a tagline or a mention. You can click on the pictures for HQ and see, Julia’s name is not mentioned, in fact, not even in the contents page.

    Vogue sometimes mentions some more well known models like Coco Rocha, Raquel Zimmerman, Caroline Trentini, etc.

    Actually, sometimes they do, when someone like Daria, Zimmerman is there.
    It’s usually American Vogue who doesn’t mention the people who were behind the shoot, British Vogue does.

    She’s not really a real model per se. She’s like Lauren Bush (George Bush’s niece) or Paris Hilton, a socialite/celebrity off-spring who starred in a major ad campaign and nothing else.
