It has been confirmed at New York Times that Olivier has officially been replaced by Peter Copping at Nina Ricci.

Money really rules everything in times like this, but on another note, when the Puig group fired Olivier, they had most probably fired Anna Wintour alongside with him. Decisions like that… obviously comes with a huge price.

    Why? I love Olivier Theyskens for Nina Ricci. Agreed, this season wasn’t as Nina Ricci as Nina Ricci always is, but, he made the clothes of Nina Ricci more youthful, and, fashionable!
    I don’t really like this decision.

    Who is Peter Copping. Olivier was such a good designer but holding groups don’t even care that they might be in the Top 10 in WWD but they have to make money! Money, money, money. You know what I say… f*** the economy! It is ruining fashion.
