Highlights from Paris MFW

This season, everybody loves white.

On runways, all white does create a certain visual impact, under the lighting and all. In real life, would you rock this look?

In Paris, gender bending tricks are not to be missed. At Gaultier as always, and then YSL. Cue a new term called menvage (men cleavage).

As for the collections, off the top of my head, I liked Galliano (you need some drama these days…), Mihara Yasuhiro, Dries van Noten, Alexis Mabille— he used to show his menswear together with womenswear in couture fashion week, this is his first full menswear show. I had expected some ‘couture’ menswear from him for that case, but it’s just his first show, there’s still a lot more from him to come.
