Apple Watch’s Ad Debut in Vogue
With the highly anticipated launch of Apple’s first wearable tech product coming soon, it’s about time they set the stage with new ads. But of all places it made its debut within the March issue of American Vogue , which is like the second biggest issue of the year after September. Something tells us that it’s ex-Burberry CEO and now SVP of Apple online retail Angela Ahrendts’s idea.
True to typical Apple ads style, the images are super minimalist and sleek, focusing on the design and the details rather than flooding the ad with copies or other information. Definitely eye-catching or rather statement making for such a bold unexpected move from Apple.
