G-Star Raw held a party last Friday at ION to celebrate the official opening of the new flagship store. Step in to the store and you will be greeted by a giant rhino head, which leads to a vast denim wall, and to the jeans sections. You can also spot posters of Elettra Wiedemann (long time face of Estee Lauder and current campaign girl for he denim brand) and Toby Kebbell around, the campaign was shot by Anton Corbijn. Take a tour and you would have noticed the unique interior of the store, specially designed by the in-house team with local architects to capture the design ideas of the brand— rough, stylish, pure and functional— by using raw materials like wood, steel and concrete.
Stores with a great concept always leave shoppers the best impression, with so much thoughts put into it, from a consumer’s point of view you can get familiar with the brand’s identity almost immediately.
