Will Nicolas pick a celebrity again next season? I hope he will go back to models. Not that Charlotte’s bad at trying to look stiff, but Balenciaga is a high fashion house after all, some real models are always good. I miss the Coco Rocha ads.

Bottega Veneta ft. Kim Noorda, Olga Sherer
I used to like how elegant Veneta campaigns are but this is a little dull and boring compared to the last few seasons’. Perhaps Nick Knight is better at shooting editorials after all and they shouldn’t keep changing photographers every season.

Burberry ft. Rosie Huntington Whiteley, Sam Riley
One thing that really made me anticipate this campaign was how a pro Victoria Secret model who doesn’t really have a good professional modeling record can rock a high-end brand’s ad solo. Well, she is looking too much like Kate Moss here to let me have any judgements.

Calvin Klein ft. Suvi Koponen
Seeing the direction and the concept of these shots, I can see why they dropped Toni Garrn. Suvi has the death glare and fierceness that give right amount of edge to the campaign.

Celine ft. Karen Elson, Tanya Dziahileva, Irina Kulikova
Good casting, but they seen a little awkward.

Chanel ft. Claudia Schiffer
This is quite predictable, when it comes to Fall, Chanel’s campaigns get really dark and moody. Great styling though, Claudia managed to pull off that black bob.

Chloe ft. Anja Rubik, Angela Lindvall
According to Faith at TFS, they cancelled Anna Selezneva and Lara Stone’s shots and Angela came in. But I am glad that Inez & Vinnodh are back doing Chloe again, last season’s Ali Stephens shots are horrid with Craig McDean at hem.

Christian Dior ft. Daria Werbowy
Love the ultra rich colours, hate the hair.

D&G ft.Alice Burdeu, Aline Weber, Iris Strubegger, Laura Blokhina, Martha Streck, Olga Sherer
The country theme is really obvious here but complete with wooden poses and an old lady, it feels more like Adam’s Family portrait to me.

Dolce & Gabbana ft. Lily Donaldson, Jessica Stam, Caroline Trentini
Gemma’s out and Caroline’s in, her only major outing this season. When will Snejana rock Dolce & Gabbana again?

Donna Karan ft. Kate Moss
This is how you rock jet-setting.

DSquared2 ft. Amber Valletta
While some might think that the runway show is trash, the campaign somehow make the clothes look classy.

Giorgio Armani ft. Jessica Stam, Du Juan
A breath of fresh air? After three seasons of Agyness, Jessica is back at Armani, together with Du Juan in a campaign that seems to be heavily influenced by the eastern side.

Givenchy ft. Lara Stone, Mariacarla Boscono, Lakshmi Menon, Natasha Poly, Kristen Owen
Love to see Lakshmi Menon in the casting. The indian model is apparently Riccardo’s muse right now, opening his couture show and starring in the resort collection. And yes, Natasha, behold that fierceness.

Gucci ft. Lily Donaldson, Kasia Struss, Ksenia Kahnovich, Abbey Lee Kershaw, Eniko Mihalik
The setting might be the only thing that I am going to like about this campaign. Besides the fact that they put 4/5 of the stellar cast blurred in the background, I am also a little annoyed with Lily’s expression, she always does that (remember how her face was photoshopped to Gemma’s in Dolce & Gabbana’s website), and the way they make her thrust such …. bag in the camera. No.

This is definitely one of my Top 3. Liya+Raquel= drop-dead glamourous halloween.

Loewe ft. Stephanie Seymour
They might not have put up a fall runway show but the ads continue, and it looks more big budget (and Hermes-like) than last season’s.
