I am just a little sad that Alexander didn’t win the Swarovski Award for Womenswear. But well, Rodarte is really great, getting Style.com’s top 10 collection for two seasons straight does mean something right?
I really admire Wang’s talent. He has his signature style and from the success that he has gained so far at such an early stage of his career, things will only look good for him in the future.
“Last year I was at the viewing party, which was just a bunch of kids running around. This time it’s like, ‘Oh, we have to sit the whole time’?” —Alexander Wang, on his second time at CDFA

I agree, Alex Wang makes gorgeous clothings. I extremely admire his past two collections.
