The newly promoted ELLE style director has been on my list of aspirational style for quite a while. I really like the way she pulls off the monochromatic looks with a dash of casual-chic and still looks formal enough to attend all the events and shows.
Here is my guide on how to get her style:

3. Denim
4. Scarf
5. All black
Actually, her outfits remind me of Alexander Wang, of whom she is a fan of.
And of course, her platinum bob is one of the main reasons why she is so achingly chic.
