Everything at Vera Wang is always beautiful. The clothes are as usual very elegant and feminine and I still can’t quite get over last season’s Russian inspired designs.

Gwen Stefani rushed back from her world tour to present this collection at Bryant Park. It’s still very much of her own style with leopard prints (again!) and monochrome dresses.

I LOVE this Marchesa gown. This collection is filled with indian inspiration but it’s this rose-like gown that caught my eye. From the uneven layering to the colour to the shape, it’s so artistic it can be mistaken as couture if they give the model a more dramatic styling ( think Dior).

Showcasing for the first time in New York , Preen shows what British casual-chic is all about with ultra soft fabrics and understated style. Reminds me of Stella McCartney… but hell it’s gorgeous!

Besides Miss Sixty, L.A.M.B. boasted one of the most impressive frontrow celebs draw… c’mon, it’s Gwen Stefani!

Above the frenzy backstage action is the stunning interior at Rag & Bone.

The Rodarte collection reminds me of angels and ballerinas, very girlie, dreamy and adorable. I will kill for that skirt on the far right, amazing how two totally different fabrics can mix so well together.

This is definitely one of the most spectacular Ralph Lauren show I have ever seen, it’s his 40th Anniversary celebration. I call this his greatest-hits collection, with most of his signature classy style being showcased with a contemporary edge. Celebs aside, even Mayor Michael Bloomberg came out to support him.

You got to know why they won Womenswear Designer of the Year at the CDFA. They are so creative and this military-inspired collection matches everybody’s expectations of them. The layerings are superb and I love their take on the golden minis. Surely a red-carpet hit with the celebs.
